Services
Glowworkbase provides professional enrollment reporting, briefing, comparison, and review services for academic institutions. Website descriptions are informational. A written scope or estimate governs each paid engagement.
Intellectual property
Site content, templates, and methodologies remain the property of Glowworkbase Co., Ltd. Deliverables prepared for a client may be used by that client for internal academic governance. Redistribution as a commercial product requires prior written consent.
Client materials
Institutions remain responsible for the accuracy of enrollment extracts they supply and for obtaining any internal approvals required to share those extracts with Glowworkbase.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Glowworkbase is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or from decisions made solely on the basis of delivered reports. Aggregate liability for an engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from the website or related services, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where they apply.
