Refund and cancellation policy
This policy applies to professional enrollment reporting engagements with Glowworkbase Co., Ltd.
Eligibility
Refunds relate to fees paid for scoped reporting packages, briefings, comparison studies, and registrar review sessions. The website does not sell physical goods or software subscriptions.
Timeframe
Cancellation requests should be sent in writing to info@glowworkbase.click before the agreed kickoff date. Requests received after kickoff are assessed against work already completed.
Full and partial refunds
- Full refund of deposits when cancellation arrives at least five business days before kickoff and no extract work has begun.
- Partial refund when work has started: fees for completed stages (scoping, extract reconciliation, draft production, briefing preparation) are retained; unused later stages may be refunded.
- No refund for completed deliverables already accepted by the client, or for no-shows on scheduled briefing or review sessions without at least two business days’ notice.
Non-refundable items
Third-party travel costs authorised in writing, rush premiums for board-week delivery, and work already delivered and accepted are non-refundable.
Deposits
Deposits secure analyst time for a term cycle. Unused deposit amounts follow the full or partial rules above.
Rescheduling
Briefings and registrar review sessions may be rescheduled once without charge when notice is given at least two business days ahead. Later changes may incur a rescheduling fee stated in the estimate.
Work already started
Once enrollment extracts have been reconciled or draft charts prepared, those stages are billable even if the engagement later narrows.
Refund process and method
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of written approval. Bank transfer fees charged by the client’s bank are not covered by Glowworkbase.
