Start with a single census definition, the term covered, and any known data limitations. Follow with programme-level intake, year-level distribution, and a short note on withdrawals or leave that affect the headline numbers.
Charts should answer questions already on the agenda: where intake moved, which faculties absorbed the change, and whether the pattern continues a multi-term trend. Decorative dashboards without decision context rarely help the room.
If your institution publishes bilingual annexes, keep terminology aligned between Thai and English versions so programme names and status codes match.
